Get a Personalized Video From Santa

Portable North Pole. Get a personalized video from Santa.

This site is one of my personal favourites to connect with Santa. I have used it every single year since it launched in 2008.

Portable North Pole (PNP) is an online platform used by Santa and his elves to send personalized video messages and calls to the people you care about most anywhere around the world.

In just a few simple steps, you can help Santa gather all the information he needs about your loved one and create a tailor-made video message or phone call that is positively magical. But that isn’t all Santa and his magical elves have in store! To create truly unforgettable memories, you can even download a HD version of your video to keep for years to come.

There are free versions and paid versions ($3.99+) that offer even more customization. Portable North Pole partners with children’s hospitals across the world and donates 5% of every Web transaction directly to participating hospitals.

Track Santa with NORAD

NORAD Tracks Santa

Want to know the secret to getting your child to bed on Christmas Eve? Let me introduce you to NORAD Santa Tracker.

I will admit, I totally stalked Santa thanks to NORAD even before I have kids. Volunteers man their battle stations and track Santa all Christmas Eve starting bright and early in the morning on December 24th. One of my friends was a volunteer when he was stationed in Colorado last year and he said it was one of the most amazing experiences ever.

Not only can you watch as they track Santa via satellite but you can also call in to get updates. I used the tracker to show my kids how close Santa was to us so they better hurry up and go to sleep or else he would skip our house.

The Last Battle If it should be that I grow frail The Last Battle

If it should be that I grow frail and weak
And pain should keep me from my sleep,
Then will you do what must be done,
For this — the last battle — can't be won.
You will be sad I understand,
But don't let grief then stay your hand,
For on this day, more than the rest,
Your love and friendship must stand the test.

We have had so many happy years,
You wouldn't want me to suffer so.
When the time comes, please, let me go.
Take me to where to my needs they'll tend,
Only, stay with me till the end
And hold me firm and speak to me
Until my eyes no longer see.

I know in time you will agree
It is a kindness you do to me.
Although my tail its last has waved,
From pain and suffering I have been saved.
Don't grieve that it must be you
Who has to decide this thing to do;
We've been so close — we two — these years,
Don't let your heart hold any tears.

Is your child; - Sensitive to noise? - Sensitive Is your child;

- Sensitive to noise?
- Sensitive to how their clothes feel?
- Not do well with change?
- Has trouble sleeping?

Did your doctor tell you this is normal or give you a diagnosis you didn't agree with?

6 years ago we were told our youngest son had ADHD. I did not agree but was not able to get a second opinion. YAY a doctor shortage in Ontario.

A blessing to our move is we ended up getting a doctor who listened to us. After 6 long years we finally got our autism diagnosis.

A new blog post is up (link in bio) that explains how we knew it wasn't the ADHD diagnosis we were given.
